ENTRANCE VIA DELL'AMORE and RIOMAGGIORE CASTLE
The general conditions described below regulate the relationship between Costa Edutainment (hereinafter referred to as “CE”), the company providing the online ticketing service, and the users of this service.

Art. 1 – OBJECT OF THE SERVICE
The service provided by CE has as its object the provision of information relating to the methods of entry to the Via dell'Amore and the Castle of Riomaggiore and the purchase of the relative ticket.

Art. 2 – SERVICES INCLUDED IN THE TICKET
The ticket includes:
entrance to the Via dell'Amore.
entrance to the Castle of Riomaggiore.
Art. 3 – TICKETS BOOKING AND PURCHASE METHODS
To book and purchase tickets, you must register, filling in all the fields required for the purchase. We kindly ask you to read the provisions for the protection of your privacy. The availability of tickets is subject to change until the transaction is successfully completed. The purchase of tickets is completed by filling out the form and making the payment.
You can purchase multiple tickets with a single transaction.
Art. 4 – TICKETS PAYMENT METHODS
Payment can be made by credit card VISA, Master Card, DinersClub, Apple pay and Google pay following the instructions illustrated in the procedures described online.
Art. 5 – TICKETS ACQUISITION METHODS
Upon completion of the credit card payment, an order confirmation email will be sent with the “Order Confirmation with Ticket Attached” attached, valid for access to the booked facilities.
Art. 6 – PRICES AND VALIDITY OF TICKET
Entrance to the Via dell'Amore is regulated by “time slots” of stay, lasting half an hour.
Entrance to the Castle of Riomaggiore does not require reservation and can be done on a day of your choice.
The prices and validity of the tickets for the Via dell'Amore and the Castello di Riomaggiore are specified during the purchase procedure.
Art. 7 – TICKET MODIFICATION OR CANCELLATION AND REFUND REQUEST
The online ticket is not refundable in any way and cannot be combined with other promotions.
The date and time slot cannot be changed for any reason.
Art. 8 – RESPECT THE DATE AND TIME SLOT FOR ENTRY TO THE FIRST SECTION OF THE VIA DELL'AMORE.
The date and time slot chosen for the visit to the first section of the Via dell'Amore must be respected. It is therefore not possible to access the first section of the Via dell'Amore on a date or time slot other than that indicated on the ticket itself.
Art. 9 – APPLICABLE LAW, JURISDICTION AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
These terms and conditions, as well as the provision of our services, are governed by and construed in accordance with Italian law. Notwithstanding what has been stated regarding jurisdiction, a natural person who uses any of our services for a purpose that can be considered as outside his professional activity (hereinafter also referred to as “consumer”) may invoke the laws in force in the country in which he has his habitual residence. Any dispute arising from these general terms and conditions and our services must be submitted exclusively to the competent courts. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is or becomes invalid, unenforceable, unenforceable or unenforceable, you will remain bound by all other provisions hereof.
